With over two decades of experience spanning Broadway and global entertainment, Ryan Ratelle is the founder of RRR Productions and co-founder and Creative Director of RRR Creative, a boutique agency based in New York City. He is known for blending bold creative vision with strategic storytelling across the entertainment, fashion, nonprofit, and hospitality industries.

Through RRR Creative, Ryan has developed brand identities, websites, and communications strategies for a dynamic roster of clients, including some of the biggest names in entertainment.

As a producer, Ryan collaborated with Sony Pictures and Clive Davis on the acclaimed Whitney Houston biopic I Wanna Dance with Somebody. Under RRR Productions, he’s developing an original slate set to roll out in 2026.

Earlier, Ryan served as a Broadway publicist for more than 23 productions, including Kinky BootsWickedClybourne ParkCATSSunset Boulevard with Glenn Close, and Michael Moore: The Terms of My Surrender. He also represented Andrew Lloyd Webber and consulted for The Actors Fund.

Previously, he was Artistic Director of Hartford Children’s Theatre, where he revitalized programming, launched a touring initiative, and increased attendance by 40%, earning three National Youth Theatre Awards.

Ryan’s design and experiential work has been showcased internationally, including Kensington Palace in London and the Museum of Broadway in New York, where he co-designed the Ziegfeld Follies exhibit with Sam Ratelle. This September, he debuts his first solo art exhibition at The Loft Gallery in Chelsea. Known for aligning creative innovation with commercial execution, Ryan continues to shape culturally relevant and financially viable artistic ventures.
