In August 2020, during the beginning of the COVID pandemic, Ryan Ratelle partnered with Sam Ratelle and Tommy Dorfman to produce OASIS: A Virtual Variety Show, a benefit for The Ali Forney Center. The virtual fundraising event was aimed at raising funds to support over 2,000 LGBTQ+ young people and brought together an extraordinary lineup of talent, including Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber, Michelle Visage, Dove Cameron, Benito Skinner, Joel Kim Booster, Miss J Alexander, Margaret Cho, Lena Dunham, Brandon Flynn, Tan France, Marc Jacobs, Jinkx Monsoon, Jeremy Pope, Antoni Porowski, Michael Urie, and more. The evening was directed by Alan Souza.

In June 2021, Ryan Ratelle partnered with Sam Ratelle and Holly-Anne Devlin to produce Brand New Day, a celebratory event marking New York City’s reopening after COVID-19. Sponsored by Macy’s, the Times Square Alliance, and Tony DiNapoli, the production brought together stars of stage, screen, and fashion for a vibrant mix of live musical performances, a fashion runway show, and dancing in the streets. Hosted by “America’s Next Top Model” icon Miss J. Alexander alongside Emmy Award–winning NY1 ”On Stage” host Frank DiLella, Brand New Day invited New Yorkers and visitors alike to step away from their screens, don their most fabulous looks, and reemerge into the city—falling in love with New York all over again.

In May 2022, Ryan Ratelle co-produced what Vogue called “the most fabulous entrance in Met Gala history.” Making his debut at the iconic event, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award–winning artist Billy Porter arrived in breathtaking fashion, clad in ornate gold “Cleopatra couture” by The Blonds and carried on an Egyptian palanquin by six Broadway dancers in coordinated looks by Nicolas Putvinski. The headline-making appearance was masterminded by Porter’s creative director and stylist at RRR Creative, Sam Ratelle, with Ryan executing the intricate details that brought the moment to life.

In December 2020, Ryan Ratelle served as co-creative director and producer for the Gay Times cover shoot featuring Hollywood actor Nico Tortorella. Alongside Sam Ratelle, Ryan shaped the creative vision for the epic shoot, with Sam handling fashion styling and photographer Santiago Felipe behind the lens. The shoot’s production and logistics were overseen by the Ratelles’ agency, RRR Creative, bringing together striking imagery and thoughtful storytelling for the influential LGBTQ+ publication.
